Warren Temple United Methodist Church Food Ministry distributes food in the local community. In the spirit of unity in the community and getting to know each other by serving with one another, a Sunday School Class from First United Methodist Church volunteers at Warren Temple monthly to help pack the food boxes and returns to help load them in cars. Success comes monthly with a collection of books to distribute to those who would also like to get a book along with the food. Rev. Carl Von Epps is the Pastor of Warren Temple and the Co-Chair of Racial Trustbuilding. Dr. George Henry and Joe Ragland are members of the Sunday School Class at First Methodist, and they are also board members for Racial Trustbuilding.
